Universal Achemetal Titanium, LLC (UAT) is a joint venture of Universal Technical Resource Services, Inc. (UTRS), and Achemetal, Inc. We are based in Butte, Montana and came together to develop and commercialize next-generation metals technologies.

Our Mission: To develop and commercialize the UAT extraction and reduction process in the United States using domestic ores and ensuring low cost, environmentally friendly processes are utilized.
Our Vision: Expansion of the worldwide titanium market by commercializing the UAT process to produce non-aerospace grade alloys which are lightweight, low cost, high strength, and resistant to corrosion
